In order to implement Several Measures of Guangzhou Municipality for Empowering New-type Industrialization through the Special Action of Four Development Trends Platforms under the Guidelines of the 20^th National CPC Congress (Sui Zhi Zao QiangShi [2023] No.1), and the Implementation Plan of the Guangzhou Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau for Enterprises with Platforms Empowering the Four Development Trends (Sui GongXin Gui Zi [2023] No.2), and gather core elements to support four development trends platforms and their empowering ecology, 36 key platforms empowering the "four development trends", such as the “Tencent Cloud AI Platform” of Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd., are hereby disclosed through enterprise application, expert evaluation, etc. (See the attachment for details.)

The four development trends refer to digitalization, networking, intelligence and green development. The key platforms empowering the four development trends are an important move of Guangzhou Municipality to implement the guidelines of the 20th National CPC Congress, and the strategy of “adhering to industry first and building a manufacturing city”.
